Did you wake up one morning recently with the urge to clean your home and out of piles of rubbish stored under your bed? Perhaps you've been craving water or fruit, or even feel like going to the gym for the first time in several months. If you are, you're not alone. Each spring, we instinctively feel the need to clean our home and our body. And if you've spent the last few months with a bottle of wine watching reruns on "Sex and the City", can you bring out the clean up from hibernation.
We are the harmful substances on a daily basis, ranging from pollution and food additives to excess alcohol and junk food, not to mention the toxic people. In excess, it contributes to poor health, stress and weak immune system. Spring cleaning is an opportunity for your body to regenerate. Some people choose cleaning kits or plans, as the Master Cleanse, or similar programs. I actually recommend a less drastic approach, since our bodies are sensitive and can not react to sudden changes.
Try the following tips for the coming five to seven days:
1 Tonic Water
filtered, distilled or spring water helps hydrate and clean the body. Add fresh lemon juice is a plus. Have at least six cups a day, starting with one in the morning on an empty stomach.
2 Limit the amount of food

8 Organizing
